The annual Atherton Rotary Tastes of the Tablelands Festival is a must-do for any self-respecting foodie in the North Queensland region, and the 2018 Festival will be no different.
Gourmet Dining Experience : This will not be held in 2018 – but will be back in 2019
Sunday 14 October 2018 – 8:30am to 4:00pm – Hou Wang Chinese Temple, Atherton
The layout for 2018 will be similar to 2017. Last year’s layout and format was well received by stallholders and festival goers alike and will therefore remain in place for 2018. More artists and children’s activities will be encouraged.
Rotary Tastes of the Tablelands showcases the diversity of the Tablelands region, with a variety of products, such as:
- Locally grown and roasted coffee
- Tropical and boutique wines
- Ice creams packed with local flavours
- Cakes and slices
- Fresh fruit and vegetables
- And much more!
This is more than just another market – plan to spend a relaxing Sunday enjoying the ambiance and numerous activities provided!
New and Emerging Businesses.
Rotary Tastes of the Tablelands Festival encourages new and emerging businesses to take this opportunity to showcase their products and ‘taste test’ new produce. In past years, we have gained many favourable comments regarding the new opportunities presented to visitors attending the festival. So come along and be one of the first to ‘taste’!
